VOLVER
After a noon concert dedicated to Russian composers in 2025, the Italian pianist Vittorio Forte returns to the PBA with a project dedicated to Latin American music: Volver. A true musical stroll, this recital takes us through the works of Villa-Lobos, Piazzolla, Gardel and other lesser-known but equally striking figures. Each piece reveals the richness of the Latin American traditions of their time. This concert also celebrates Vittorio Forte's artistic roots by paying tribute to the Argentine pianist José Lepore who encouraged him to devote himself fully to the piano. Volver is a return to the roots, between melancholy and a surge of freedom, where music becomes the common thread of a story that is both personal and universal.
