“Stories often start with, “Once upon a time.” The downside with stories that start with Once upon a time is that they never happened. Have you ever seen pumpkins that turn into carriages in real life? Cats that talk and move around with seven league boots? Young girls who sleep for a hundred years in castles surrounded by thorn bushes? The story I am about to tell you, that of Fanto and Lou, is true, although I am changing it a bit so that we don't recognize the real Lou or the real Fanto.
